Corn Vada

Corn Vada

Ingredients
Corn Vada, Corn Vada cuisine, Corn Vada Recipe, Corn Vada South India cuisine, Corn Vada Dishes of Andhra Pradesh
  • Full frozen corn 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Green chillies 6
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • Grind the corn with ginger and green chillies.
  • To the above paste, add rice flour, masala powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Make small balss of the above mixture and shape them into vadas.
  • Fry them till they turn golden brown.
  • Server hot with mint chutney.
