For the Masala

Pepper 1 tsp.

Fenugreek(Uluva) 1 tsp.

Aniseed(Perinjeerakam) 1 tsp.

Coconut 3 Tbsp.
Method

Heat oil in a pan (preferably coconut oil).

Add mustard seeds and when it splutters, add curry leaves, diced onions and fry them well till they turn golden brown.

Add one diced capsicum, ginger garlic paste, masala paste.

Mix it well adding little water.

Add more capsicum and cook well.

Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder and salt.

Add the marinated prawns to the masala.
-
Finally, add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.

Serve hot with rice or rotis.
