Puri

Puri Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp ajwain (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Method

  • Mix well wheat flour, oil, ajwain and salt.
  • Keand the dough to make puris.
  • Make sure the dough should be stiff enough to roll puris.
  • Set aside the dough for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai until very hot to deep fry the puris.
  • Roll puris and deep fry them till little brown.
  • Serve hot with choley or Aloo ki sabzi or any other vegetable.
