Method

Mix well wheat flour, oil, ajwain and salt.

Keand the dough to make puris.

Make sure the dough should be stiff enough to roll puris.

Set aside the dough for half an hour.

Heat oil in a kadhai until very hot to deep fry the puris.

Roll puris and deep fry them till little brown.
-
Serve hot with choley or Aloo ki sabzi or any other vegetable.
