Situated 8 kms from Madikeri, these falls cascade down in steps to flow as a small river. A big attraction for tourists and filmdom similar the Abbey Falls appear magnificent with waters cascading down from sparkling heights. Even during the summers, there is prosperity of water in these falls.
The roar of the falls can be heard from the main road, from where a path goes through lovely coffee and cardamom plantations right up to them. The chirping of innumerable birds, which are easier to hear than to see, fills the air with sweet music. Do remember to take your binoculars and camera when you go there.
