Ingredients
Fish Fry, Fish Fry cuisine, Fish Fry Recipe, Fish Fry South India cuisine, Fish Fry Dishes of Karnataka, Recipes
  • Fish pieces 4
  • Garlic 4-5
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 tea spn
  • Red chilli powder 1 tea spn
  • Sooji (rava) 2 tbl spns
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Clean fish and apply crushed garlic, tamarind, chilli, salt to the pieces and leave it for around half an hour.
  • Heat tava and put one tea spoon oil.
  • Roll the fish in sooji and fry on a low flame on all sides.
  • Serve hot.
