Kamala Nehru Park
(Malabar hills, MUMBAI)
Kamala Nehru Park is on the top of the Malabar hills, which offers superb views of Mumbai. Built in 1952, the park is named after the wife of India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
The park spreads over an area of 4,000 square yards. One can enjoy a wonderful view of Marine Drive, or 'Queen's Necklace' at night.
The park has a children's play ground, a giant boot which kids can clamber inside. From this park there are gorgeous views of Chowpatty Beach, Back Bay and the city.
