The Lushais of Churachandpur perform a beautiful dance called Bamboo dance. It is performed by girls. The dress of the dancer is colorful. The skirt is of a colorful mixture of horizontal and vertical stripes.

Manipur's well-known classical dance form. Ras Leela, is based on the legendary love of
Radha-Krishna and the devotion of the Gopis to Lord
Krishna. Performances (in a mandap close to a temple) can sometimes last all night.

The Ras Lila depicts the fond love of Radha for Lord Krishna as well as the sheer devotion of the Gopies toward the Lord. It is generally performed in an enclosure in front of the temple throughout night.
