Ningol Chak Kouba-
The social festival of Manipuries
(November)
 The annual Meitel festival of Ningol Chak Kouba, organised in October/November, features lavish feasts being arranged by the parents and brothers to honor their married daughters and sisters.
Now a days other communities had also in progress celebrating the festivals. It is held every year during the month of November.
It is a form of family rejoinder to refresh familial affection. The festival is also observed by the Pangals (Manipuri Muslims) to a certain extent now-a-days. It is observed on the second day of the new moon in the Manipuri month of Hiyangei(November).
