Ingredients
Jeera Pakhala, Jeera Pakhala cuisine, Jeera Pakhala Recipe, Jeera Pakhala East India cuisine, Jeera Pakhala Dishes
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • Kala Jeera 25 gms
  • Oil 2 tsp.
  • curry leaf 5 - 6
  • Red pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Boil the rice (like we prepare normal rice).
  • Remove the water from it and u get normal rice. Then put oil into the frying pan.
  • When the oil is hot enough put the red pepper then put the Kala Jeera to it. Add the prepared rice to it and add water sufficiently.
  • Put curry leaf and salt .
  • Boil for some time and Jeera Paakhal is ready to be served. But let it cool down before you eat.
