Kadali Bhaja (Banana)

Kadali Bhaja

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas 1 Tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 4 red Chillies dry
  • 6 Garlic buds
  • 1/2 cup Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Peel off the skin of the plantains and cut into round slices.
  • Boil 1/2cup water. Add turmeric powder, salt and the plantains.
  • Take out from water when cooked. Grind the mustard seeds with garlic and chillies.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Put the plantains and the spices.
  • Fry it till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
