Bajra Aloo Roti

Ingredients
Bajra Aloo Roti, Bajra Aloo Roti cuisine, Bajra Aloo Roti Recipe, Bajra Aloo Roti North India cuisine, Bajra Aloo Roti
  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder
  • Ghee to fry
  • 2 cups Bajra Flour
  • 2 cups Potato Boiled & Mashed
  • 2 Chopped Onion
  • cup Coconut grated
  • 2 Green Chilli chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients well. Make dough with warm water.
  • Divide into 6 balls.
  • Place one ball between 2 sheets of plastic paper and roll out with a rolling pin into a slightly thick roti.
  • Heat tawa and cook roti on medium heat.
  • Fry with oil or ghee like parantha .
  • Serve hot with ghee and lasun ki chutney.
