Moong Dal Bada

Ingredients
Moong Dal Bada, Moong Dal Bada cuisine, Moong Dal Bada Recipe, Moong Dal Bada North India cuisine, Moong Dal Bada
  • Oil for frying

  • 1 cup Moong Dal

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp Hing

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander

  • 1 tsp Saboot Dhania

  • 1 tsp Saunf Powdered

  • 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste

  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste

  • a pinch Baking Powder

Method

  • Wash & soak the dal in water for 2-3 hours.

  • Drain & grind to a fine paste using as little water as possible.

  • Add all other ingredients & mix well. Beat well to make the mixture light.

  • Heat oil & deep fry badas either by dropping 1 tbsp batter with the hand or spoon or shaping them like dahi wadas.

  • Fry on medium heat till brown.

  • Serve hot with lasun ki chutney.
