Moong Dal Bada
Oil for frying
1 cup Moong Dal
Salt to taste
1 tsp Hing
2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 tsp Saboot Dhania
1 tsp Saunf Powdered
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
2 tsp Ginger Paste
a pinch Baking Powder
Method
Wash & soak the dal in water for 2-3 hours.
Drain & grind to a fine paste using as little water as possible.
Add all other ingredients & mix well. Beat well to make the mixture light.
Heat oil & deep fry badas either by dropping 1 tbsp batter with the hand or spoon or shaping them like dahi wadas.
Fry on medium heat till brown.
Serve hot with lasun ki chutney.
