Til ko Alu

Ingredients

  • Potato 250 gms
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Green chili 4 sliced
  • Sesame seeds (Til) 10 gms
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Cut boiled and peeled potato into small pieces.
  • Fry Til for 10 min and grind to make paste.
  • Heat oil and fry onion, add potato and Til paste, salt and turmeric powder, mix and simmer for 5 min.
  • Serve hot with Chambray.
