Til ko Alu

Til ko Alu	Ingredients
	Potato 250 gms Onion 1 sliced Green chili 4 sliced Sesame seeds (Til) 10 gms Salt to taste
Method Cut boiled and peeled potato into small pieces. Fry Til for 10 min and grind to make paste. Heat oil and fry onion, add potato and Til paste, salt and turmeric powder, mix and simmer for 5 min. Serve hot with Chambray.
