Garlic Prawn

Ingredients
Garlic Prawn, Garlic Prawn cuisine, Garlic Prawn Recipe, Garlic Prawn East India cuisine, Garlic Prawn Dishes
  • Prawn Kg
  • Butter 3 Tbsp
  • Oil 4 Tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 Tbsp
  • Onion 2 chopped
  • Red chilies 3
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2-3 tsp
  • Salt as taste

Method

  • Take the prawns only with tail.
  • Take out the seeds from chilies and chop it.
  • Turn on the oven in 400-degree Fahrenheit.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and put oil.
  • Now add garlic, chilies, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Cook it for 1munite.
  • Put the prawn in a baking pan and now put the cooked vegetable over the prawns.
  • Bake it for 10 minutes and stir it two times.
  • Don't bake it too long then it will be hard.
  • Now put it in a dish sprinkle onion leaves over it.
  • Serve hot.
