Mutton 1 kg

Ghee 3 Tbsp

Onion 3 chopped

Garlic 5-6 chopped

Ginger paste 2 tsp

Curd 500gms

Whole red chilli 10-12

Black pepper 15-20

Salt to taste

Bay leaves 3

Method
-
Marinade mutton with curd onion, ginger, garlic paste, salt for 1 hour.

Heat oil, add black pepper, red chilli, bay leaves & fry for 2 min.

Put the marinade into it, stir for 5 min &
pressure cook till meat is tender.

Serve hot with Naan.
